Addison Goodman is a dedicated and dependable member of the Riceland Foods team who has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. From the beginning of her career at Riceland, Addison has consistently demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond.

In her first year, Addison took on the challenging responsibility of serving as a bookkeeper while also managing the sample house on her own. She met every deadline and maintained a high standard of accuracy, showing both dedication and competence. Her ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a calm and positive attitude reflects her commitment to the company and her team.

Addison’s impact extends beyond her individual work. She communicates effectively with farmers, ensuring they receive the support and attention they need, and she consistently offers a helping hand to colleagues. Her professionalism, approachability, and dedication make her a trusted and valued team member.

Outside of her daily work, Addison’s passion for agriculture runs deep. She shares, “When I was young, my grandpa would always haul rice for farmers around Corning locally to and from Riceland. Growing up, having the importance of farming instilled in me really stuck with me throughout my life, and then I decided to pursue agriculture as a career and I found Riceland.” This personal connection drives her dedication and care in every aspect of her role.
