Beginning his career as a power curve operator, Chris advanced to control room operator and is now an A Foreman. Throughout his career, he has consistently gone above and beyond, showing a deep commitment to Riceland, his colleagues, and the farmers the company serves.

He has also used his operational knowledge to create efficiencies, such as eliminating 50,000 pounds of rice per week from needing to be remilled, benefiting both the company and the farmers.
