June 30, 2025 is the sign-up deadline for committing rice for participation in Riceland’s marketing programs. November 14, 2025 is the closing date for the soybean seasonal pool and the deadline to price or transfer soybeans in Grower’s Option to avoid price-later charges.
To become a member, you will need to fill out a Membership Agreement, Marketing Agreement and provide a copy of your W-9. Please ensure question three (3) on the W-9 is filled out and provide the location where you plan to deliver your grain. You can drop your paperwork off with our member services team at Riceland Headquarters or your bookkeeper at your local drier. You can also scan and email your documents to Sarah at shendricks@riceland.com.

As of August 1, 2025, the Base Capital investment obligation is $0.13 per bushel for each bushel of rice delivered to Riceland. The investment obligation applies to all patron-sourced rice bushels, including the seasonal pools and the rice self-pricing marketing options. The Board’s intent is to redeem new rice base capital on a 12-year rolling cycle, meaning the year 1 investment is redeemed in year 13, subject to the Board’s discretion.
The Soybean Base Capital investment obligation is $0.10 per bushel for each bushel of soybeans delivered to Riceland and marketed through the soybean seasonal pool. The Soybean Base Capital obligation does not apply to other soybean marketing options. The Board’s intent is to redeem new Soybean Base Capital on a rolling 12-year cycle, meaning the year 1 investment is redeemed in year 13, subject to the Board’s discretion.

You can give to the PACs by crop proceeds. Authorize a contribution from your crop proceeds using this form. Note: this option is only available to member or partnership accounts that are not incorporated.
You can also give by check. Please make checks payable to Riceland Foods PAC or Riceland Foods State PAC, and mail them to the following address:

Checks must be personal checks, or from an unincorporated partnership, and you must include the contribution form along with the check.
