Riceland Foods Reports Over $1 Billion in Revenue at Annual Membership Meeting
Riceland Foods reported over $1.15 billion in revenue to its members, staff and guests in attendance at the cooperative’s Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday at the Embassy Suites in Jonesboro, Ark.

During its most recent board meeting, the Riceland Foods Board of Directors elected Rich Hillman Chairman and Shannon Davis vice chairman. Former Chairman Roger Pohlner stepped down from the board leadership role, but he will remain on the board to serve the Riceland members in the North Central Arkansas District.

Riceland Foods, a farmer-owned leading agricultural cooperative in the U.S. and the largest miller and marketer of rice and one of the Mid-South’s major soybean processers, today announced a leadership reorganization under which the Board of Directors has appointed Kevin McGilton Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Riceland Foods reported $1.3 billion in revenue to its members, staff, and guests attending the cooperative’s Annual Membership Meeting on Thursday, November 9 at the Embassy Suites in Jonesboro, AR.

The Riceland Foods Foundation Board of Directors selected Austin Brown as the Foundation’s new Executive Director. Austin is currently serving as the Assistant Director for Sustainability and will continue in that role.
